Valentina Cameranesi, Set and Collectible Object Design

We are in love with collectible Object and Set designer Valentina Cameranesi and the world she is able to create. Her work is tender but modern and brings us a refreshing take on classic Italian design. Being influenced by Italy and its abundance of history and design and the appropriation of 1980's and 90's culture makes her work feels very authentic yet contemporary with a sensual twist.

'Italians Do It Better' chez Tuscan Vacation home by Vincenzo de Cotiis

Powerful concrete brutalism is softened with canary yellow velvets in the form of Aldo Morbelli armchairs, dramatic natural light, neoclassical sculptures and couches I could possibly be tempted into selling an organ or two for. Take a look at this stunning vacation getaway in Tuscany, we found on the ever inspiring AD France.

Creative Vacations_ European Edition 2017 | IV. Villa Lena

I've been hearing about Villa Lena's picturesque retreat and it's renown artist residency for quite some time now. I can only imagine the Italian sun on your back, a fresh wind in your hair, the smell of herbs and cypress trees being the perfect setting to get out of busy city life, take life a bit slower and develop on ideas and collaborative projects. Each year the Villa welcomes a number of selected artists to spend two months at Villa Lena developing their project of choice, where you can also join them for a weekend.
