Swedish photographer, Tekla Severin, developed her iconic bold and colourful style, feeling uninspired by the minimalistic white and beige abyss of Swedish interiors. It was only natural that she would find inspiration in Iceland's eclectic and vivid structures. Have a look below at Reykjavik through Tekla's lens.
It is truly an art to be able to photograph spaces in a cinematic way which oozes ambiance. Romain perfects this art, photographing modernist and post modern buildings throughout France charged with mystery and all of the charm of a Nouvelle Vague film. I spend a great deal of time looking at images, specifically of interiors and his work has stuck in my mind since the first time I saw it.
